According to the information on remote identification of clients and remote access during the countersigning process issued by the FIC, you will need one of the following applications to use this service.
(a) version 8.50.0.38 or later of the Skype Software for any operating system
(b) version 16.0.4795.1000 or later of the Skype for Business software for any operating system
(c) Microsoft Teams software version 1.2.00.4664 or later for Windows and macOS, version 1.0.80 or later for iOS, version 1416/1.0.0.0.2019071503 or later for Android,
d) the video phone service available through the bluejeans.com website,
(e) Google Meet, a service that provides simultaneous recording and saving of images and audio within the app (from 3 April 2020),
f) LogMeIn’s GoToMeeting service, available on https://gotomeeting.com, which provides simultaneous recording and saving of images and audio within the application (from 8 April 2020),
(g) Cisco’s Webex Meetings service v39.0 or higher, which provides simultaneous recording and saving of images and audio within the application (from 17 April 2020),
h) ACPM SecureOffice version 1.0.1 or higher available on the ACPM IT Consulting Ltd. website https://dataroom.acpmit.com/index.php/login (from 12 August 2020),
i) Zoom Meetings version 5.4.2 or higher with end-to-end encryption (from 20 November 2020).
